In this role, you'll design personalized programs, coach safe and effective movement, and create an environment where clients feel challenged, supported, and excited to keep showing up. You won't just count reps—you'll build relationships, confidence, and real-life function. What You'll Do Design and lead individualized and group exercise programs aligned with client goals Develop and supervise post-therapy fitness programs (cardio, strength, weight loss, Pilates, yoga, pool, and fitness services) Coach proper form, movement mechanics, and injury prevention strategies Adapt programs in real time based on client performance, limitations, and progress Assist therapists and therapy staff with exercise and patient support as needed Help with patient mobility tasks (transfers, equipment use, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym/treatment environment Ensure accurate documentation and client scheduling follow-up Collaborate with team members and assist with clerical support when needed What Makes You Great at This You connect easily with people and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed You bring energy, presence, and consistency—people show up because you show up You notice the small things (and fix them before they become big things) You can push when needed, modify when appropriate, and celebrate progress along the way You're adaptable, accountable, and team-oriented Why This Role Matters This isn't just programming workouts. This is building people. Certification in Personal Training or Athletic Training ( preferred ) Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals Comfortable working with individuals who may be injured, elderly, or require additional assistance Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers as part of a team Click HERE for the full job description and requirements.
