Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and expert assisted stretching sessions to our valued clients. Create personalized stretching sessions tailored to each client's specific needs. Uphold the culture and values of The Stretching Place in all interactions and activities. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Additional Hours:

1p•6p up to three days per week

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 2 years experience in related field Certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent in related fields like Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Massage Therapy. Completion of the NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach course is a prerequisite for employment (https://www.nasm.org/continuing-education/fitness-specializations/stretching-and-flexibility-coach) Physically able to perform assisted stretching techniques involving extended periods of standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions. Passionate about health, wellness, and making a difference in people's lives. Strong commitment to teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.

Compensation & Perks:

$18•$20 per hour; includes hourly base plus tips Part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time Flexible shifts available 6 days per week, M-Th 8am to 6pm, Fri 8am to 3pm, Sat 9am to 3pm Free stretches and sound therapy sessions

How many hours per week are you available to work? We greatly value work/life balance. Saturdays from 9a•3p are required for this position. What additional hours would your ideal work schedule include? Available shifts are M-F 12p•6p. All of our "FlexPros" are required to have the NASM Stretching and Flexibility coach certification. Are you willing and able to complete this certification at your own expense ($400) prior to beginning employment? We offer additional certification and CE reimbursement, but this initial certification is at the employee's expense.
