Schedule:

NaviWell Group is seeking a motivated, professional, and passionate Personal Trainer / Longevity Coach to join our growing wellness team within a physician's office in Dallas, TX. Unlike a traditional part-time training role where you are responsible for building a client base from the ground up, this position offers an established patient schedule of 25+ sessions per week . The incoming coach will be taking over an active schedule from a departing team member, with additional opportunity for growth. You'll work directly with patients referred by their healthcare providers, helping them improve their strength, mobility, overall fitness, and long-term health through individualized one-on-one training. What We're Looking For:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or similar) CPR/AED certified Comfortable working with beginners, older adults, and patients with varying health and fitness needs Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Experience in a clinical, medical, or wellness setting is a plus Comfortable maintaining an established patient schedule and building strong patient relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, one-on-one personal training sessions Develop individualized exercise plans based on patient needs and goals Help patients build strength, improve mobility, support weight loss, and improve overall health Track patient progress and communicate with the supervising provider and NaviWell team Provide practical lifestyle and wellness education Complete timely and accurate documentation in patient medical records Maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and encouraging training environment
