Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor to inspire and guide individuals on their fitness journeys. In this dynamic role, you will deliver personalized training sessions and engaging group classes that promote health, strength, and well-being. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. Responsibilities Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels, utilizing knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics Lead a variety of group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, cycling, CrossFit, dance-based workouts, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), ensuring proper technique and safety Demonstrate exercise routines clearly and effectively while providing hands-on guidance to ensure correct form and prevent injury Motivate clients through energetic coaching techniques, fostering a positive environment that encourages persistence and progress Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness industry trends, certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, first aid, manual handling, and health club safety protocols Conduct assessments of clients' physical fitness levels and develop customized training plans aligned with their health status and objectives Promote membership sales by providing excellent customer service, explaining program benefits, and encouraging ongoing participation in classes or personal training sessions Experience Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within a health club or gym setting Demonstrated expertise in leading diverse group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, cycling, dancing, sports coaching or CrossFit Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, body mechanics and exercise science principles Certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid are required; additional qualifications in Kickboxing, Yoga instruction, Pilates teaching or sports coaching are highly desirable Experience with fitness program design tailored to different populations including beginners to advanced athletes Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients of all ages and backgrounds Prior experience in fitness sales or customer service is a plus Join us to empower individuals through innovative workouts that challenge the body and inspire confidence!
