Non-Exempt Role Description The Dallas Country Club Fitness Center is currently seeking a qualified part time Pilates instructor for private reformer and Mat Pilates instructions. DCC, founded in 1896, is the most exclusive and prestigious private club in the area and we pride ourselves on hiring the best of the best. Key Responsibilities Candidates must be experienced, professional, and able to lead through exhibition of their own healthy lifestyle. Experience with special populations is preferred. Regular early morning availability is required. Ability to lead safe, engaging sessions for members of varying levels of ability. Demonstrate professionalism at all times-especially in punctuality, responsibility, personal appearance, and proper communication. The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge: An undergraduate degree in exercise discipline is preferred. Current Certified Personal Trainer is a plus. Current certification from a national certifying body in reformer Pilates or similar. Current liability insurance. ($1M coverage Minimum) Current CPR certification. At least 2 years Pilates reformer experience. The ideal candidate will have the following competencies and qualities: Must be personable and able to lead sessions with good energy. Must be prepared for each session and able to cater to each member's needs. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand most of the day. Must be able to bend and stoop. Must be able to demonstrate exercises correctly.
