Certified Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Coach

About the role This position is primarily focused on group fitness coaching, with personal training as a complementary component. Our methodology is rooted in functional human movement — programming that is transferable to real life, sport, and recreation. There is no guesswork. Every session is structured, evidence-based, and designed to challenge, improve, and prepare our members for any situation life demands. Key responsibilities Lead dynamic, structured group fitness sessions that prioritize proper movement mechanics, member safety, and measurable progress. Design and deliver individualized personal training programs incorporating resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional movement, and nutritional guidance. Conduct member assessments including body composition analysis, goal-setting consultations, and ongoing progress evaluations. Develop personalized exercise programs through our training software platforms, ensuring each program reflects the member's goals and current fitness level. Continuously monitor and cue members during sessions to ensure correct form, technique, and safe progression at all times. Provide nutritional education and lifestyle guidance that supports each member's overall wellness journey. Maintain accurate member records, session notes, and program documentation through our systems. Uphold facility cleanliness and consistently reflect the professional standards of the Bodify environment. Pursue continuing education to remain current with evolving training methodologies and industry best practices.
