Job Summary Our studio is expanding — and so is our commitment to helping our clients move, feel, and live better. What began as a dedicated strength training studio is now expanding to include Stretch and Balance, giving our clients a more complete approach to long term health and functional fitness. We believe strength is the foundation, but mobility and stability are what keep you moving with confidence. Our new Stretch & Balance offerings are designed to improve flexibility, enhance joint health, increase body awareness, and reduce the risk of injury. With expert coaching, personalized attention, and a welcoming environment, our studio will soon provide a full spectrum of training — helping our clients get stronger, move better, and feel your best at every stage of their fitness journey. The Exercise Coach®, a high-tech health and fitness studio, is looking for a passionate and positive full and/or part-time fitness coach to join our team. You'll work with individuals or small groups (2-4 clients), providing personalized guidance, motivation, and ensuring safety and proper form using our cutting-edge, proprietary equipment. Job Responsibilities Conduct fitness evaluations and consultations Deliver Strength/Stretch & Balance one-on-one sessions Educate and coach clients on exercise and stretch techniques Teaches and demonstrates use of training and exercise equipment Monitor clients progress using studio technology and adapt training as needed Provide clients with ongoing health and fitness education including nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues Communicate with clients and assist with scheduling Teach proper breathing technique used during physical exertion Administration of client accounts including the completion of all necessary forms, data entry, and clerical duties as directed Respond promptly to email correspondence, phone calls, and text messages from clients Contribute to and oversee the maintenance of a clean and well-organized studio Act as an effective brand ambassador inside and outside the studio Maintain a functional knowledge of fitness related topics Model professionalism through appropriate attire, language, attitude, promptness, honesty and integrity Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy (a plus) AED/CPR certified (or willing to certify before training) Passion for health, fitness, and helping others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and high energy Team player with a strong work ethic •All employees will receive full training and be certified by The Exercise Coach About Us The Exercise Coach® brand was built upon the belief that staying strong and healthy shouldn't feel like a hassle.
