Job Description
Orion's Fitness is seeking a dependable, engaging, and professional Wellness Instructor to lead recurring weekly wellness sessions at senior living community in League City. We are looking for someone who is more than just energetic — we want an instructor who is reliable, proactive, personable, and passionate about creating a positive experience for senior residents. The ideal candidate is confident leading groups, communicates well, arrives prepared, and genuinely enjoys helping older adults stay active and engaged. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, professionalism, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Dependability and professionalism are extremely important to us, as residents and communities rely on consistency and a great experience each week. - 10am The Delaney at South Shore
- 2605 Marina Bay Dr, League City Responsibilities Lead safe, engaging, and encouraging wellness sessions for seniors Create a welcoming and positive environment for residents Adapt exercises for varying fitness and mobility levels Arrive on time and prepared for each session Build positive relationships with residents and community staff Maintain professionalism, consistency, and strong communication Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching group fitness or wellness sessions Experience working with seniors or older adults preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable transportation and strong attendance reliability Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to lead sessions independently with confidence CPR certification preferred but not required Compensation Starting pay $30 per session Consistent recurring weekly schedule Additional session opportunities may become available for dependable instructors About Orion's Fitness Orion's Fitness partners with senior living communities to provide engaging wellness and fitness programs that improve residents' health, mobility, confidence, and quality of life.
