The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal training, fitness sales, and program design, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. This position is a 1099/contractual position where you have full access to our facility to train any of your clients. As a Personal Trainer, you will be your own boss. you will have a space to bring any client into the gym to train. You can make as much as you want with a low overhead to use our facility! Responsibilities Develop customized workout programs that incorporate effective body mechanics and safe exercise practices. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of nutrition in achieving fitness results. Lead group fitness classes, ensuring an engaging and motivating environment for participants. Assess client progress regularly and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Promote fitness services within the health club to attract new clients through effective sales techniques. Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional. Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, sports coaching, and physical education to provide high-quality training. Requirements Certification in personal training from a recognized organization is required. Proven experience in personal training or related fields such as sports coaching or teaching physical education. Strong knowledge of body mechanics, program design, and group fitness methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Previous experience in fitness sales is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Compensation This will be a contract where everything you earn is yours.
