Our unique system allows individuals of almost any age and level of physical conditioning to improve bone density, strength and balance; reduce fall and fracture risk; reduce back and joint pain; and enhance athletic performance. Qualifications We are looking for a very special individual that possesses the following qualities: Loves to smile - this is an absolute! Enjoys working with people of all ages Enthusiastic, kind, compassionate and reliable Possesses excellent customer service problem solving and communication skills Willing and able to complete online and on-the-job training Believes in and follows a healthy lifestyle Motivated self-starter A team player that is happy to help wherever and however needed Sales experience is a plus Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items up to 30 pounds Work ~20 hours per week, evenings, and Saturday mornings Previous health & wellness experience is desired, but is not required - we provide extensive training, equipping our session coaches with all the skills needed to excel and succeed. The ideal candidate has an interest in training and coaching with cutting edge technology based on sound scientific principles and is available to work on a permanent basis approximately 20 hours per week and Saturday mornings. Key Responsibilities Must greet members with energy and enthusiasm every time they walk into the center! Deliver demonstrations to prospective members and guide existing members through appointments according to OsteoStrong standards Help members with paperwork, answering questions, and explaining educational material Answering phone calls from prospective members and setting appointments Ensure prompt response to center emails and phone calls; notify Center Manager if needed Understand OsteoStrong services knowledge, policies and procedures for operations Actively maintain cleanliness and organization between each session so each client receives the best OsteoStrong experience Assist team members with day-to-day operations Complete opening and/or closing checklists Must be proactive and hard-working Perform other center duties as needed Must be available to work a minimum of three days and 15-25 hours per weekJob Type:
