Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Personal Fitness Trainer to inspire and guide members on their health and wellness journeys. In this role, you will design personalized workout plans, deliver motivating coaching sessions, and promote a positive fitness environment. Your expertise will help members achieve their fitness goals while ensuring safety and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Develop customized workout programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels Lead engaging personal training sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism Educate clients on biomechanics, body mechanics, physiology, and nutrition to optimize results Monitor client progress regularly and adjust programs accordingly for continuous improvement Maintain a safe training environment by applying first aid, CPR, AED operation, and manual handling procedures Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication and motivational coaching Promote fitness services to members and assist with fitness sales to grow the program Qualifications Proven experience in personal training, sports coaching, or group fitness instruction Knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and program design principles Certification in CPR/AED (including first aid) is required; liability insurance is preferred Experience in fitness industry settings such as health clubs or gyms is highly desirable Ability to demonstrate heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively Strong client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with fitness sales strategies and group fitness instruction is a plus Join us to make a meaningful impact on members' lives by inspiring healthier lifestyles in a dynamic and supportive environment!
