Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Disability Fitness Trainer to empower individuals with diverse abilities to achieve their health and wellness goals. You will be the inspiration these people need to gain confidence, strength, better self-image and reach new heights. You will be energetic; encouraging these people to push past limits, and reach new heights through fitness! You will deliver workouts and give rewards, both these will be sent to you freely. This way you can focus on keeping excitement and fun while we do all the hard stuff in the background Duties Lead group fitness classes in accordance to the workout program communicated to you Incorporate motivational coaching techniques to encourage clients' progress and foster a positive attitude toward physical activity Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and facilitate hands-on practice to ensure safety and effectiveness during workouts Be on time Ensure safety by applying manual handling skills, adhering to first aid protocols, CPR certification standards, and AED operation procedures during sessions Provide exceptional fitness customer service by maintaining clear communication with clients about their programs and progress Monitor client responses during training sessions, adjusting exercises as needed to prevent injury and optimize results Experience Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within the fitness industry Experience serving or working with people who have a disability, including disabled family members. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, biomechanics, and exercise science principles Demonstrated ability to coach clients with disabilities or special needs effectively and compassionately Certification in CPR and AED operation is required; additional certifications in First Aid are highly desirable Experience working in health clubs or fitness centers is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant training or volunteer work Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients of all ages and backgrounds Join us as a Disability Fitness Trainer to inspire change through movement! Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
