ABOUT SWEAT440 SWEAT440
is a high-energy group fitness concept built around 40-minute classes that start every 10 minutes. No schedule to memorize. No class to miss. We're opening the first
SWEAT440
in Utah, right here in Herriman, and we're building something from the ground up. We are a local ownership group that believes in high standards, accountability, and winning together. No ego. No drama. Just great people building a business and a community we're proud of.
Our mission is simple:
create an environment where people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident while delivering an experience that members genuinely look forward to. We move fast, solve problems, and look for people who want to help build something special, not just work another job.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Membership Growth & Fitness Coach, you will play a key role in growing the
SWEAT440
Herriman community through membership sales, coaching, local partnerships, events, and community outreach. Success in this role requires excellence in BOTH coaching and membership growth. You will be expected to deliver exceptional workouts, create an outstanding member experience, generate leads, build community partnerships, and convert prospects into members. This is not a coaching role with occasional sales responsibilities, nor is it a sales role with occasional coaching responsibilities. Both are essential parts of the job. This is not a role where you simply coach classes and go home. You'll be helping build a brand, a membership base, and a community from the ground up. You'll spend time coaching workouts, attending local events, building relationships with businesses, generating leads, and helping prospective members become part of
SWEAT440.
Before the doors officially open, you are the brand. Your energy, professionalism, and ability to connect with people will directly impact the success of the studio. This role is ideal for someone who loves fitness, enjoys sales, thrives around people, and wants to help launch something meaningful in their own community.

WHO YOU ARE
Dependable and consistent. People know they can count on you. Whether it's showing up for a class, following up with a lead, or handling a task behind the scenes, you do what you say you'll do and follow through without needing reminders. You embrace both coaching and sales. You understand that changing lives requires both. You love helping people achieve fitness goals, and you're equally comfortable starting conversations, generating leads, and asking for the sale. A natural connector. You walk into a room and start conversations. Talking to strangers isn't uncomfortable, it's your superpower. You want to be known in Herriman. A closer. You don't just generate interest, you convert it. You understand the difference between activity and results and are comfortable asking for the sale. A storyteller. You can explain what
SWEAT440
is and why it matters in 30 seconds or 10 minutes. Either way, people walk away wanting in. High energy. Our studio sells an experience built on energy. Before the doors even open, you are the energy. Resourceful and self-directed. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see opportunities and go after them. Trustworthy and accountable. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and follow through. Community-minded. You care about helping build something real in Herriman, not just punching a clock.
