The Personal Training Field Manager is a strategic field leadership role responsible for elevating Personal Training performance across a territory of VASA clubs. This leader partners closely with Regional Directors, District Managers, General Managers, and PT Leaders to drive PT revenue, trainer development, member retention, and operational execution. This role is ideal for a leader who understands both the business and science of Personal Training. Success requires the ability to influence operators, coach teams at scale, and translate high-level strategy into measurable club-level execution. You'll operate as a business partner to field leadership — helping clubs improve PT performance through stronger sales execution, trainer development, operational consistency, and member experience. Success in this role means building strong relationships with field leaders, quickly identifying opportunities, and driving measurable improvement across multiple clubs. You'll be expected to: Improve PT revenue, consultation conversion, and client retention across your territory Coach club leaders and PT teams on performance management, sales strategy, and operational execution Create accountability around KPIs while building strong culture and engagement Develop trainers and PT Leaders through structured coaching and hands-on support Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve consistency across clubs Influence leaders at every level of the organization through credibility, partnership, and strong business acumen This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution — analyzing PT metrics one moment and coaching on the club floor the next. Multi-unit fitness leadership General Manager or District Manager backgrounds PT Director or Fitness Director leadership roles Boutique or big-box fitness operations The right person: Understands the business impact of Personal Training on overall club profitability and retention Has experience leading leaders, not just individual contributors Can influence without direct authority and build strong partnerships across departments Brings strong business acumen and understands KPIs, revenue drivers, and operational performance Has credibility within Personal Training, including a strong understanding of exercise science, coaching principles, and member programming Is confident teaching PT sales, consultation execution, and trainer development Creates energy, accountability, and culture within teams WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

Business & Territory Leadership Drive PT revenue growth, utilization, retention, and consultation conversion across a territory of clubs Partner with Regional Directors, District Managers, and General Managers to improve PT performance and operational consistency Analyze club-level metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability and member experience Coaching & Development Develop PT Leaders and trainers through field coaching, mentorship, and performance accountability Support onboarding, education, and ongoing trainer development Coach teams on PT sales execution, consultation quality, and member engagement strategies Strategy & Execution Implement PT initiatives, programs, and operational processes across multiple clubs Translate company strategy into practical execution within the field Identify best practices and scale successful approaches across the territory Culture & Member Experience Help create an energized, inclusive, and results-driven PT culture Ensure Personal Training delivers a high-quality, relationship-based member experience Reinforce VASA's mission through leadership presence, coaching, and team engagement Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 2+ years of experience teaching boutique fitness classes 1+ year of management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology OR NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification Required Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition Ability to travel and work on weekends.
