Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, safety-conscious, and certified Aqua Fitness Instructor to lead low-impact, high-energy water aerobics classes for our vibrant 55+ active adult community.
In this role, you will leverage the unique properties of water—hydrostatic pressure, buoyancy, and resistance—to deliver a workout that improves cardiovascular health, core stability, and muscular endurance while remaining exceptionally gentle on the joints. The ideal candidate understands how to apply foundational movement science (such as NASM principles of progression, regression, and kinetic chain alignment) to an aquatic environment to keep our residents moving safely and confidently.
