Why Trainers Join GYMGUYZ $40-$43 per training hour, plus performance bonuses Flexible part-time schedule with opportunity to build toward a fuller client load Clients provided through company marketing and referral activity No gym rent or membership sales quotas Paid onboarding and continued development Paid Time Off Certification/recertification discounts Growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles Free uniforms Support from a nationally recognized mobile personal training brand Locally owned, veteran-owned NW Washington team What You'll Do Deliver safe, effective, high-energy personal training sessions in clients' homes and on-site locations Build personalized fitness programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and progress Use the GYMGUYZ App to manage programming, reassessments, notes, and client progress Motivate clients, track results, and create a positive training experience Manage your schedule and travel efficiently within the Bellingham-area territory Communicate professionally with clients and team members Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion for fitness and client results Represent GYMGUYZ's DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence What You Bring Required Qualifications Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain before starting client sessions Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments Strong communication skills, professionalism, and positive coaching energy Comfort using mobile and web-based apps for scheduling, client notes, programming, and communication Ability to create a safe, motivating, and results-focused client experience Preferred Qualifications 0-1 year of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred Newly certified trainers with strong people skills and professionalism are encouraged to apply Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar fitness platforms is a plus Experience working with active adults, seniors, beginners, weight-loss clients, or general fitness clients is helpful About
