Part-Time / Class Instruction About the Role Are you an energetic fitness professional looking to lead high-energy, impactful workout classes? Iron Peak Athletics is looking for enthusiastic Trainers to coach our Strength & Conditioning classes! Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the country, and we're dedicated to keeping our community strong, mobile, and injury-free on the court. In this role, you'll lead group fitness sessions tailored to functional strength, rotational power, agility, and joint longevity. No Pickleball Experience? No Problem! While a background in pickleball is a nice bonus, it is not required. We are primarily looking for passionate, knowledgeable trainers who know how to program effective fitness sessions and motivate a room.
What You'll Do Lead & Elevate:
Coach dynamic group fitness classes focused on functional strength, core stability, and injury prevention tailored for court athletes.
Design & Program:
Opportunities available to build and program your own specialized workout classes and movement tracks.
Motivate & Engage:
Bring infectious energy, create an welcoming environment, and foster community among members of all skill levels.
Drive Growth:
Connect with members, introduce them to our training programs, and earn additional commission through program sign-ups.
What We're Looking For Certifications:
Nationally recognized Personal Training or Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, CSCS, or equivalent) preferred. Or related bachelor/master degree
Energy & Leadership:
Strong background in group fitness, strength training, or athletic conditioning.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach proper movement mechanics and adapt exercises on the fly.
Passion:
A genuine drive to help people move better, feel better, and play longer.
Bonus :
Experience playing or coaching pickleball/racket sports is a plus, but not required!
