Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Description
Overview This position designs and implements training programs to improve clients performance and prevent injury. Key responsibilities include assessing physical condition, creating personalized plans, teaching proper exercise techniques, and monitoring progress. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key areas: Program Design
- Develop and manage individualized and group strength, conditioning, and fitness programs tailored to clients needs. Instruction and Supervision
- Demonstrate and teach proper exercise form, correct lifting mistakes, and provide guidance on injury prevention during all training sessions. Assessment and Monitoring
- Evaluate clients physical capabilities and monitor their progress to make necessary adjustments to their training plans. Education
- Provide guidance on nutrition, rest, and recovery to help clients optimize performance and health. Record Keeping
- Maintained detailed records of client progress, attendance and other relevant data. Pay for this position is $30-50 per session DOE. Personal Trainers are required to provide personal liability insurance. Qualifications Required Qualifications Certification
- Professional certification for strength/personal training. Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and strength training techniques. Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities. Preferred Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Human Performance is preferred but not required. Certifications
- CPR/First Aid/AED is preferred, would be willing to certify. Required certification
- in Personal Training or Strength Training, or General Group Fitness.
