  • 70/hour | Part-time / Contract | Opening Soon Reform Pilates is a brand-new boutique reformer studio opening in Normandy Park, and we're building something special from the ground up.
We're looking for certified Reformer Pilates instructors who want to be part of a founding team, help shape the studio culture, and deliver an exceptional client experience from day one. This is more than just teaching classes, it's an opportunity to be part of a studio that values intentional movement, community, and sustainable wellness. What You'll Do Lead engaging, safe, and results-driven Reformer Pilates classes Provide hands-on adjustments and clear, effective cueing Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-vibe class environment Support clients of all levels with modifications and progression Build relationships that keep clients coming back Maintain studio cleanliness and organization Who You Are Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, etc.) Confident teaching group classes and/or private sessions Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and injury awareness Positive, reliable, and professional Passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered A team player who's excited to grow with a new studio Why You'll Love It Here Top-tier pay: $50
