Personal Trainer — Job Description Flow Fitness is Growing! We're hiring part-time and full-time fitness professionals who share our vision and values. Role Description The Personal Trainer provides high-value coaching, builds personalized training programs, and develops strong client relationships to help clients of all fitness levels achieve their goals. Should have high emotional intelligence and strong motivational and coaching abilities. Hours can include mornings/evenings/weekends — we'll work with you to find a schedule that avoids burnout. Qualifications Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, ACSM, ACE, NCSF) Current CPR and AED certification High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or related) Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a related fitness role preferred Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess client fitness levels and create effective, personalized training plans Punctuality and reliability Key Responsibilities Conduct all scheduled training sessions Manage client programming Participate in trainer meetings and development sessions Additional Expectations Lead by example and embody our core values in and out of the gym Arrive early and fully prepared for each session Keep it professional but fun — clean up equipment after sessions Commit to ongoing continued education and staying current with fitness trends and research Compensation & Benefits $40-$55 per hour (training sessions DOE; $21.50/hr for meetings & admin) Complimentary club membership 401(k) matching
