Actively seeking a Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructors Western Racquet & Fitness Club is dedicated to promoting health and wellness in our community. We offer a wide range of Group Exercise Classes to help our members achieve their fitness goals. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging fitness classes for our members. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, able to motivate participants, and have a strong understanding of various exercise techniques. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead Group Exercise Classes such as Barre, Boxing, Strength, Shred, TRX, Yoga (please follow link to website - Western Class Schedule Ensure the safety of all participants by providing proper instruction and modifying exercises as needed. Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere during classes. Keep up-to-date with current fitness trends and continuously improve class offerings. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness area. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with class participants. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. Qualifications Certified Group Exercise Instructor through a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM). CPR/AED certification. Previous experience teaching Group Exercise Classes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels.
