Duties:
```- Develop and implement personalized sessions for clients with special needs and disabilities based on their goals and abilities.
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques, ensuring clients perform sessions safely and effectively.
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
- Monitor clients' progress, document and make adjustments to their session programs as needed that are flexible and individual for each person.
Qualifications:
```- Certification in one or more fitness disciplines such as kids yoga, yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong,Sound Healing, Massage therapy, Art Therapy, Special Fitness, Pilates, kickboxing, personal training, or sports coaching
- Background on working with special needs, disabilities, mental health highly recommended.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
- Ability to adapt programs to accommodate individual needs and limitations.
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
