POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts in a group setting to members of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to be a personal trainer in a group setting, motivating multiple clients and providing a positive community for change. In this role, you must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and building confidence through showing them what they're capable of. A Burn Boot Camp Trainer focuses on total fitness, including mindset, nutrition, strength and conditioning, all while creating an inviting environment of support and incredible results.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
Fitness Product Execution Train workouts (45-minute camps consisting of personal training in a group setting) Train at least 6 camps per week, adhering to the Protocol provided by HQ. Perform Focus Meetings with active & trial members, working in tandem with the other training staff. Take camp twice a week. Use & promote Burn Nutrition products. Build and maintain highly engaged member base. Ensure safety of participants regarding exercise technique. Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels. Attend weekly and monthly fitness meetings and required educational presentations. Execute a simple sales process to convert promotional clients and free trials to members. Ability to multi-task and stay organized. Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels. Have a high level of understanding and presence in social media. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Use social media to engage with members. Reports to the Lead Trainer. Attend community & philanthropic events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate is- Able to work with and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds to relatively challenge each member A strong communicator Able to work within a team environment Positive, high energy, and highly motivated Coachable Able to follow Burn Boot Camp protocol and guidelines Able to give clear instruction, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals Growth minded Dedicated to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality and professional standards for best practice
REQUIREMENTS
Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience CPR/AED certified 1+ year experience in personal training or coaching
SCHEDULE MUST HAVE 5AM & 6AM
availability. 7AM optional.
