6700 Chad Colley Boulevard, Fort Smith, AR 72916Schedule:

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a vital role in ensuring safe, accurate, and effective medication management for our patients. In this role, you'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize drug therapy, enhance patient outcomes, and support medication safety initiatives across the organization. What You'll Do Verify and dispense medications with accuracy and efficiency Review patient therapies for safety, appropriateness, and effectiveness Monitor anticoagulant therapy and provide clinical recommendations Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians Promote medication safety and quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations What We're Looking For BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy Current state pharmacist license Hospital pharmacy experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
