Pharmacist-in-Charge | Little Rock, AR Full-Time | $135,000
  • 165,000/year based on experience | 100% Employee-Owned Monday
  • Friday 9AM
  • 5:30PM & Saturday Rotation 10AM
  • 2PM Neighborhood is new to the Little Rock market, and we're looking for a Pharmacist-in-Charge to help build and lead our brand-new location.
This is a unique opportunity to build your own team and have a hand in shaping the pharmacy from the beginning, with the support of an established and growing LTC pharmacy behind you. Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. The Day-to-Day Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow Hire, train and support your pharmacy team Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Oversee inventory and controlled substances Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners Build relationships with local agencies and providers Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows What Matters Here We're looking for someone who knows pharmacy and knows how to lead people. You should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems and jumping in when your team needs you. Because this is a new location, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, asks questions and is excited about building a strong team and pharmacy in Little Rock. The Perks $135,000

Requirements:
The Must-Haves PharmD degree from an accredited institution Active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
