Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Deliver expert pharmacy and medication management services across both main campus and satellite clinics while supporting a diverse patient population including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric cases. This rotation-based position offers an engaging opportunity to advance your professional practice through structured career tiers up to Advanced Practice Pharmacist II, taking on clinical leadership and program development responsibilities.

Rotational shifts including day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmacy services ensuring quality and consistency aligned with organizational policies Deliver direct patient care to diverse populations encompassing inpatient and outpatient settings Support and supervise pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers Participate in clinical service program evaluation and development to maintain highest standards of care Administer policies, direct operations, and act as Clinic Manager for designated clinics when applicable
Qualifications & Experience:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited college recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education Valid, unrestricted Pharmacy license in any U.S. State, Territory, or District of Columbia Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist At least 1 year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist Ability to successfully complete fingerprinting clearance prior to start This opportunity to engage with a culturally rich, diverse patient community brings unique clinical challenges and professional growth in a respected healthcare environment serving Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute Tribal populations.
