The Compounding Pharmacist reports to experienced pharmacy leadership and collaborates closely with a Director of Pharmacy committed to mentorship and operational excellence. This Clinical Pharmacist works alongside friendly nurses, dedicated physicians, and a diverse interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes. The Hospital Pharmacist oversees support personnel while remaining self-directed, motivated, and engaged in both clinical and operational responsibilities. Duties include interpreting physician prescriptions, managing automated pharmacy systems, preparing IV medications using laminar flow hood technology, and maintaining compliance with Arizona pharmacy licensure standards.
