Clinical Pharmacist

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support an outpatient pharmacy setting with variable shifts primarily between 8 am and 5 pm. This contract position begins in mid-July and extends for approximately 13 weeks or longer.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify, fill, and accurately check prescriptions ensuring compliance with regulations and patient safety Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians to optimize workflow and accuracy Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence to treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs and pharmacy operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Arizona Pharmacist License is required Minimum of 5 years of retail pharmacy experience demonstrating strong clinical skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient pharmacy environment Excellent communication skills for patient counseling and team collaboration

Location:

This role is based in Kingman, AZ, requiring candidates to be either local or able to relocate for the contract duration
