Yes Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy / Retail Supervisor to oversee pharmacy operations within a hospital and healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will provide leadership for daily pharmacy operations, staff supervision, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. This role requires a hands-on pharmacy leader with strong operational, clinical, and supervisory experience who can maintain high standards of patient care and pharmacy service delivery while supporting staff development and departmental growth. Key Responsibilities Direct and supervise daily pharmacy operational activities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory pharmacy standards Manage medication dispensing systems and pharmacy technology workflows Oversee pharmacy purchasing, inventory management, and cost controls Support quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures Supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling, onboarding, and performance management Provide staff education, coaching, and professional development support Prepare operational reports and identify improvement opportunities Participate in hospital education, orientation, and quality assurance programs Support safe and effective medication management practices across the organization
