Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A pharmacy role is available in Phoenix, AZ, offering an immediate start in a contract position lasting 8 to 12 weeks. This assignment provides an opportunity to support a high-need environment with a focus on accuracy and safety in medication verification.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Potential on-call rotation may be required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform checking and verification tasks with precision Support infusion-related processes; prior infusion experience preferred but not mandatory Demonstrate aptitude for taking on additional duties as needed Utilize CareTend system for medication management and verification
Qualifications and Experience:
Current and valid Arizona pharmacist license in good standing Strong background in pharmacy with attention to detail Experience with IV medications is a plus but candidates with some IV knowledge and strong verification skills are encouraged to apply This role is designed for pharmacists who thrive in fast-paced settings needing reliable, precise checking of medications.
