Tsaile Health Center - Indian Health Service Position Overview The Outpatient Pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical services focused on medication safety, patient education, and collaborative outpatient care within the Tsaile Health Center . This role works closely with healthcare providers and clinical staff to ensure safe medication management and support positive patient outcomes within the Tribal healthcare setting. Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory Previous outpatient or ambulatory pharmacy experience preferred Minimum 1-2 years of pharmacist experience (outpatient or hospital preferred) Current BLS certification (preferred) Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills Experience with EHR systems Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to pass a federal security clearance Required immunizations must be up to date
