We provide synchronized dose-packing, real-time order tracking, and same-day delivery — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for every patient. Together, AllCare.ai and AllRx.ai form an integrated ecosystem that unites providers and pharmacists under one connected system, ensuring coordinated, data-driven care from prescription to delivery. Role Overview We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead AllRx.ai's Alhambra pharmacy team. As PIC, you'll be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely dispensing for our long-term care facility partners, and maintaining full regulatory compliance. This role combines clinical leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on compounding work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled pharmacy environment.

What You'll Do Pharmacy Leadership & Compliance:
Serve as the pharmacy's designated PIC, holding overall responsibility for the pharmacy's compliance with California Board of Pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, and LTC-specific standards.Prescription Verification:
Review, verify, and approve prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with California pharmacy law and facility protocols.Dispensing & Fulfillment:
Oversee daily dispensing operations, including synchronized dose-packing, to meet AllRx's accuracy and turnaround standards.Compounding:
Perform and/or oversee non-sterile and/or sterile compounding in accordance with USP standards and California Board of Pharmacy regulations.Clinical Oversight:
Perform drug utilization review (DUR), identify interactions or therapeutic concerns, and communicate with prescribers as needed.Controlled Substances:
Oversee proper ordering, storage, dispensing, and recordkeeping of controlled substances in full compliance with state and federal requirements.Team Collaboration & Oversight:
Directly supervise pharmacy technicians and staff pharmacists, ensuring smooth, accurate workflows and adherence to protocols.Technology Utilization:
Use pharmacy software systems (e.g., PioneerRx) proficiently, helping identify opportunities for workflow improvement.Compliance:
Maintain accurate records and lead the pharmacy's ongoing compliance with California Board of Pharmacy and LTC regulatory requirements.Qualifications Licensure:
Valid California Pharmacist license in good standing; eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge.Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
