Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care plans Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapies as needed Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred Strong knowledge of medication therapies and patient safety protocols Ability to work varied shifts including days and some weekends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule/Hours:

Varied schedules with options for five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week Some weekend shifts required
