Job Description

Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Contract A community-focused pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to serve in an interim leadership role. This full-time contract position begins promptly and will continue for approximately 6 to 8 weeks, or until a permanent placement is secured. The role provides an opportunity to oversee operations at a community center pharmacy while collaborating closely with clinical staff.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Act as Interim Pharmacist in Charge, managing daily pharmacy operations. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers at the community center. Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best pharmacy practices.
Desired Experience:
Recent retail pharmacy experience required. Ability to provide leadership in a community-centered pharmacy environment. Familiarity with the New Leaf pharmacy system is beneficial; training will be provided.
