The Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, order verification, and the provision of clinical pharmacy services in a healthcare setting. Under the direction of pharmacy leadership, the pharmacist reviews and verifies medication orders, maintains patient medication profiles, performs clinical interventions, provides pharmacokinetic dosing services as appropriate, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy. Additional responsibilities may include sterile and non-sterile compounding, participation in emergency response activities, medication reconciliation, medication-use evaluations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. This role provides oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians to ensure the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of medication preparation, compounding, dispensing, and distribution processes.

Schedule:

Variable shifts based on operational needs, which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay:

$45.00 - $85.00 per hour
