This role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care by floating between three locations: a medical center pharmacy, a hospital pharmacy, and an infusion center pharmacy. Candidates should be adaptable to different work environments and schedules, including swing shifts, every other weekend, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently across multiple pharmacy settings Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy Handle hazardous medications safely, including compounding chemotherapy treatments Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies Support inventory management and ensure proper medication storage

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist with valid credentials to practice Experience with Cerner pharmacy information systems preferred; training available for the right candidate Ability and willingness to travel between three pharmacy locations within the healthcare system Strong knowledge of medication compounding, specifically hazardous and chemotherapy drugs Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach Local candidates preferred for ease of travel among sites

Schedule:
