Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract An established retail pharmacy is seeking a knowledgeable Pharmacist to manage medium to high volume prescription workflows. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your retail pharmacy expertise in a dynamic setting, with a chance to extend beyond the initial assignment.
Location:
Clovis, CA Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily prescription processing in a busy retail pharmacy environment Ensure accuracy and compliance with all pharmacy regulations Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other team members to provide excellent patient care Utilize Rx30 software effectively for prescription management and documentation Maintain patient counseling and education to promote medication adherence
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 6 months retail pharmacy experience required Proven ability to manage medium to high prescription volume efficiently Proficiency in Rx30 pharmacy management software preferred Strong communication skills; Spanish-speaking ability highly desirable to enhance patient interaction, though pharmacy technicians support Spanish communication
