Job Description

Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Contract This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to oversee a community center pharmacy on an interim basis. You will play a critical role in supervising pharmacy technicians, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating closely with healthcare providers to deliver outstanding patient care.

ASAP, full-time beginning 6/29
Duration:
6-8 weeks or until a permanent placement is secured
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30
PM Responsibilities:
Act as Interim Pharmacist in Charge, managing the daily pharmacy operations within the community center Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain high workflow efficiency and accuracy Work directly with providers to support medication management and patient care initiatives Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy best practices
Desired Experience:
Recent retail pharmacy experience preferred to handle fast-paced and patient-centered environments Leadership skills to effectively guide and support pharmacy technicians Willingness to quickly learn and use the New Leaf pharmacy system (training available) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare teams
