Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This full-time Pharmacist position is available at a 50-bed rehabilitation hospital in the Sacramento area. The role is a contract opportunity for approximately 13 weeks with potential to transition to a permanent position (temp-to-hire). The start date is expected within 2 to 3 weeks.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Day shifts Responsibilities include: Verifying medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety Supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting staff Managing pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
