Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Pharmacy Supervisor\ Bakersfield, CA | Full-Time | Monday-Friday We are hiring ASAP for a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead a pharmacist team in an animal health compounding pharmacy.

Pay:

$160,000-$185,000 base + bonus

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM-5:15

PM Location:

Onsite in

Bakersfield, CA Benefits:

Eligible This role will oversee daily compounding operations, support workflow, coach pharmacists, and ensure quality and compliance with USP , , , State Board, and 503A requirements.

Requirements:

Active California Pharmacist license BS in Pharmacy or PharmD 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience 2-5 years of compounding experience Strong communication and team leadership skills Great opportunity for an experienced compounding pharmacist ready to step into a high-impact leadership role.
