Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Full-Time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in El Centro, CA. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to focus purely on patient care and accurate dispensing without the administrative weight of managing pharmacy operations. You will work alongside our established Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) , who oversees store operations, regulatory compliance, and high-level administration. Responsibilities Perform final prescription verification to ensure accurate dosing, labeling, and patient safety. Provide clear, compassionate patient counseling on proper drug usage, potential side effects, and administration. Conduct Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) to identify drug interactions or therapeutic duplication. Collaborate with local doctors and clinic staff regarding prescription clarifications and prior authorizations. Support daily counter workflow alongside our pharmacy technicians and healthcare team.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) (Required)
Licensure:
Active and unencumbered Pharmacist License issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy (Required).
Certifications:
Active Immunization/Vaccination Certification and CPR/BLS Certification (Required). We can provide the training/certification if needed.
Skills:
Excellent patient communication, strong clinical judgment, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Starting at $150,000 annually (Negotiable depending on background, expertise, hours). Monday through Friday schedule (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM) —
