Responsibilities:
Working supervisor responsible for overseeing the daily operations and clinical activities of the department. Responds to service deficiencies, participates and supports performance improvement efforts that improve quality and reduce cost. Ensures operational and clinical functions are in compliance with professional practice, licensure, accreditation and regulatory standards. Extremely competent in all responsibilities of a clinical pharmacist. Accountable for the supervision and evaluation of staff in accordance with staffing needs and established goals. Performs human resource tasks, and trains staff on policies and procedures, standards and competencies.
Qualifications:
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy 5 years experience as a staff
