Location:

Irvine, CA (with facility operations in a nearby medical center)

Schedule:

Mix of day and evening shifts Four 10-hour shifts per week Possible shift start times include 6:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., or 1:30 p.m. Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain efficient pharmacy workflow to meet clinical and operational demands Verify and check medication orders with precision Perform additional clinical duties based on your experience, including clinical rounding opportunities Utilize EMR systems (EPIC) for accurate documentation and communication within the healthcare team

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience Completion of a PGY-1 residency strongly preferred Experience with clinical rounding is highly advantageous Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced inpatient environment with an emphasis on operational efficiency This contract role serves as a leave of absence coverage and represents a chance to contribute your expertise where it's needed most.
