Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing exceptional patient service, conducting patient assessments, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The Pharmacist will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy. Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care plans, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy. Administer immunizations and manage inventory effectively to ensure adequate stock levels. Educate patients on medication administration, potential side effects, and proper usage. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on advancements in pharmacotherapy. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and education. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
