Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract An immediate opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support an LTAC/Rehab hospital located in downtown Los Angeles, near Dodger Stadium. This role focuses on caring for patients in a ventilator-dependent setting, providing a unique and impactful clinical environment.
Schedule & Duration:
Four 10-hour day shifts per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday schedule possible Contract position with month-to-month duration Start date targeted for the week of June 1st
Responsibilities:
Order verification ensuring accuracy and safety of medication orders Supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting workflow efficiency Consulting with physicians regarding medication therapies and pharmacokinetics Managing complex drug regimens typical in LTAC/Rehab patient care
Qualifications & Experience:
Active California pharmacist license Experience working in an inpatient hospital setting Familiarity with ventilated patient medication needs is advantageous Local candidates preferred for quicker onboarding This role lets you leverage your clinical expertise in a specialized patient care environment with a supportive hospital team.
