Most of our patients have been coming here for years, and many are the children and grandchildren of the people we first served. Why pharmacists like working here You will know your patients by name. You will have time to counsel properly. Your clinical judgment is the final word, with no district manager or big corporate oversight. The pharmacist here has genuine say in how the pharmacy runs and what we offer. If you think we should be providing a service we are not, we can act on it in weeks rather than waiting a year for corporate approval. The clinical work Medication Therapy Management, including Medi-Cal MTM Adult immunizations (18+) CLIA-waived point-of-care testing Seasonal immunization campaigns and community outreach This role carries a define role with structured training in pharmacy operations, California Board compliance, and audit readiness along the way. You will also get a working understanding of how an independent pharmacy runs, from purchasing to reimbursement, which is experience that opens doors wherever you go next. What we're looking for Active California pharmacist license, or license pending. New graduates are welcome and supported. Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program APhA immunization certification, or willingness to obtain it Comfort in a relationship-driven community practice Khmer or Spanish fluency is a plus, and not a requirement. DigitalRx experience also an advantage. Schedule We are flexible and open to arrangements that work for the right person. Tell us what you need and we will talk.
