Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire Oversee and drive the success of a newly established home infusion pharmacy site, delivering safe, high-quality intravenous therapies in the comfort of patients' homes. This pivotal leadership role requires hands-on expertise in sterile compounding, team management, regulatory compliance, and clinical collaboration to ensure an efficient and compliant operation.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Schedule flexibility required with administrative on-call duties
Responsibilities:
Lead daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory oversight. Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call schedules for pharmacists and technicians. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, including state pharmacy laws and USP guidelines. Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies by collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care. Contribute to budgeting, workflow enhancement, and performance improvement to drive branch profitability and growth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program. Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in California. 3-7 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings. Proven leadership skills with strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory compliance. Experience with CareTend system highly preferred. This role will initially involve opening the facility alongside one pharmacist and one technician, with future growth opportunities.
