Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract Deliver pharmaceutical care as a clinical pharmacist within a dynamic inpatient setting. This role entails applying professional expertise and clinical judgment to ensure patients receive optimal medication therapy aligned with hospital and department standards. Responsibilities include identifying, resolving, and preventing drug-related issues, adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care consistent with hospital mission and pharmacy standards Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize drug therapy outcomes Identify and resolve drug-related problems, ensuring patient safety Maintain compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Current, active Registered Pharmacist license in the State of California Minimum one year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized environment Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and Microsoft Windows Strong clinical judgment and drug knowledge application Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records preferred This opportunity offers exposure to a supportive hospital pharmacy environment where clinical skills directly impact patient care.
