Job Description

Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Contract Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist in Charge to provide interim leadership at a community center pharmacy. This full-time contract opportunity starts as soon as possible with a commitment beginning on 6/29, extending for 6-8 weeks or until a permanent placement is secured. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Serve as interim Pharmacist in Charge, managing day-to-day pharmacy operations. Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate closely with healthcare providers at the community center. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality patient care. Utilize New Leaf pharmacy system; training will be provided if needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Recent retail pharmacy experience is required. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and lead pharmacy team members. Strong communication skills to interact with clinical staff and patients. Willingness to learn and adapt to the New Leaf system.

Position is based at a community center pharmacy in Redding, CA. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment with strong pharmacy technician assistance.
