• On-site About us System Labs is a venture-backed telehealth company offering physician-prescribed compounded medications, with a focus on peptides and longevity care. We're vertically integrating into pharmacy operations, and as part of that we're relaunching a sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy (503A) in Redwood City. The role You'll be the Pharmacist in Charge of record with the California State Board of Pharmacy, and you'll own getting this pharmacy back into active, compliant operation. This is a ground-floor leadership role: you're not inheriting a running pharmacy, you're rebuilding one, with real resources and a fast-growing prescription volume behind it. What you'll do Serve as PIC of record and take full responsibility for compliance with California Board of Pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, and federal 503A rules Lead the pharmacy's reactivation, including license renewals (sterile compounding license among them), Board correspondence, and inspections Stand up compliant sterile and non-sterile compounding operations under USP , , and : cleanroom certification, environmental monitoring, media fills, beyond-use dating, and documentation Write and maintain SOPs, quality assurance programs, and recordkeeping Hire, train, and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Oversee formulation review, verification, and dispensing quality Partner with company leadership on capacity planning, formulary, and nonresident licensing as we scale What we're looking for Active California pharmacist license in good standing, eligible to serve as PIC 2+ years in compounding pharmacy, including hands-on sterile compounding under USP and Prior experience as a PIC, pharmacy manager, or compounding supervisor Direct experience with California Board of Pharmacy inspections, license applications, or renewals Comfortable building from scratch: SOPs, staffing, vendor relationships, quality systems Able to work on-site in Redwood City Nice to have Peptide, hormone, or injectable compounding experience Experience taking a pharmacy through a relaunch, remodel, or change of ownership Familiarity with 503B outsourcing facility standards Compensation and benefits 170k-220k salary Medical coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off

Pay:

$95.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
